Creative Psychotherapy for Teens & Adults
Creative Psychotherapy: is suitable for teenagers and adults alike. While traditional talk-based therapies are part of the intervention, the process of psychotherapy is aided and deepened by utilizing projective creative mediums of therapy such as Sandtray therapy, Body Psychotherapy, Art & Drama therapies. These mediums provide access to unconscious material that we are often not consciously aware of, while allowing a safe and gentle dramatic distance from sometimes painful content. This process supports a beginning to explore, illuminate and process our sometimes-hidden conflicts and trauma with the view to a healthier self-evolving.
