Creative Supervision

Creative Supervision:  is a professional arrangement supporting other therapists and those in the helping and educational professions by offering appropriate support to ensure best practice and avoid burnout. 

Creative Supervision also offers educational and an evaluative examination of their professional process, with the view to support both the professional and client needs, as well as considering the needs and policies of the supervisee’s professional bodies and employment agencies. 

Using the 7 Eyed Model of Creative Supervision (Hawkins & Shohet), this psychodynamic and integrative approach offers creative mediums that allow the supervisee to use their conscious and unconscious self to inform their practice and grow and develop their own internal supervisor.
